Whether you prefer to meet at my office or at a local coffee shop, this meeting is all about getting a sense of what you are looking for. Each client will be given a packet full of pertinent information to home buying. It includes general real estate vocabulary, a typical timeline from contract to closing, my preferred vendor list, and personalized information tailored to your needs. It is also in this meeting you will have a chance to interview me. I will go over what makes me unique as an agent, why I sell real estate, and why you can trust me to represent you on this venture.
